Adding WiFi to Warid

Warid customers can now have access to WiFi Internet service while traveling abroad. You can now enjoy wireless internet connection with broadband speed at any hot spot.  You can check your e-mails, surf the net, download, and play games all at your own convenience from any designated area such as restaurants, airports, libraries, hotels, coffee shops, bookstores and other public places.

Singtel (Singapore)

SingTel provides Wireless Surfing for all inbound roamers to access at internet at Hotspots all over the island.

Instructions:

Start your access by logging into SingTel’s network.

Dialing *186 [send] for your User ID and password. An SMS will be sent to you with a User ID and password to access the hotspot.

This service is available to all postpaid roamers that log on to SingTel's network.

Locations:

You can surf wirelessly at more than 400 hotspots. To locate your nearest Wireless Surf Zone dial*624 [send]  

Charges:

Usage charge (per minute): $0.375
 

Starhub (Singapore)

To use complimentary Starhub’s WiFi access, you need to log on to and stay on StarHub’s Mobile network during your stay in Singapore.
 

Instructions:

Perform a “*9434 call” on your mobile phone to receive a USER ID and PIN which you can use to log on to StarHub HOTSPOTS.
 

Locations:

Changi Airport, Suntec City and most Coffee Bean & Tea Leaves cafes.
 

Charges:

There are no charges for the WiFi usage as long as you are connected to the StarHub mobile roaming network while in Singapore.
