No, the transferred amount is non refundable.
- How do I know my new prepaid account expiry after receiving a balance transfer?
The account expiry details are mentioned in the SMS notification message. Following are the account validities:

Account Life Cycle:Account life cycle is defined as outgoing account validity of an individual account. When ever balance is shared the amount will be added and validity will increase by 30 days.

How will I know if my balance transfer has been successful?
Once you transfer an amount, you will receive a notification message which will include details of amount and topped up mobile number.

This service is pre-provisioned for all Warid ZEM Prepaid subscribers which are active for more then 99 days.
