- What is online connection?
Online Connection is a facility for the Customers to purchase Zem prepaid connection through our website from anywhere.
- Can Only Warid customer place order?
No, both Warid and non Warid customer can avail this service.
- What are the charges of this connection?
Charges to buy online connection is a Rs.250 Scratch card. The payment can be made by the following means.
- Deduction of the balance accordingly ( for Prepaid Only)
- Payment via Scratch Card ( Prepaid and Postpaid)
- Can customer use more or less than a RS.250 denomination scratch card?
Payment cannot be deducted more/ less than denomination of RS.250.
- Which tariff will be available on these connections?
Effective from 21st May-09 all prepaid connections will get Rs.100 free balance on activating their account.
- How would SIM deliver to customer?
SIM will be dispatched to customer by courier.
- What shall be the delivery time for the SIM to the Customer?
Only 2hours but requests after 6:00PM will be entertained next day.

Which things customer will provide to CSR?
Keep a copy of NIC with customer, our representative will collect it from customer.
