WME Enterprise Edition encrypts all of the information within a message, not just the body of the message. Not only are the contents of the message unavailable to potential eavesdroppers, but also the subject line, destination address, and so on.
All information exchanged between the Push Connector and the client is encrypted in this way. The Relay Server does not have access to any of the keys used to encrypt messages, and cannot decrypt any of the messages sent to it. Any messages queued by the relay server are encrypted while queued. After a Push Client gets disconnected, Push Connector refrains from sending new data to Relay Server. |
