  • What is online Port-In?

    This service provides all cellular customers of Pakistan the opportunity to place Port-In request through Warid’s commercial website wherever they are.
  • How can I find the service on website?

  • What are the charges of Online Port-In?

    The charge for initiating Port-In request is Rs.100 and the mode of payment will be the Warid scratch card of denomination Rs 100. This amount in non-refundable in case your port-in request is declined by your current operator due to any valid reason like ownership dispute, financial or contractual obligation issues etc.
  • Can I use more or less than a RS.100 denomination scratch card?

    Payment cannot be deducted more/ less than denomination of Rs.100.
  • How will SIM be delivered to me?

    A new Warid SIM (inactive status) will be delivered at your premises within 2 working hours of receipt of Port-In request. Courier representative will take copy of NIC from you, fill the CSAF and MNP Authorization form and will handover the new SIM. A copy of filled CSAF would be handed over to you for your own record.
  • In how many days will my number become active on Warid network?

    If your present package with your current operator is prepaid it will take 4 days for your number to become active on Warid network. In case of present package being postpaid it will take 20 days.
  • What shall be the delivery time for the SIM to?

    Doorstep delivery of SIM will take only 2 hours, however requests after 8:00PM each day will be entertained next day.
  • Which tariff will be available once I become a Warid customer?

    At the moment you can port your number online as a Warid prepaid only. Upon successful Port-In you can avail free balance and can call on per second billing rates of Zem1. Customer can opt to any tariff via 321 helpline.
  • Will doorstep delivery of SIM be done in all cities where Warid is providing Coverage?

    Doorstep delivery of SIMs will be possible in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala & Multan.
  • How can I confirm the status of SIM delivery if I have placed Port-In request on web?

    You can call Warid Helpline and check the status of your Port-In request anytime during the process. From Warid numbers dial 321 and from other networks (off-net mobile and landline) dial 111-111-321.
  • Can I withdraw my porting request after placing through web site?

    At the moment Port-In request cannot be cancelled through our website. You will have to visit the business center for cancellation of your request.
  • What kind of documents are required for the online porting request?

    A copy of valid CNIC of the person who owns the connection is required. Our courier team will help you fill out a Port in Authorization Form as well as Customer Service Agreement Form at your doorstep.
  • Can I place request via website again if my previous Port-In request has been rejected by my current operator?

    Our website allows you to request again anytime however, from the main page please select the option of I'm an Old Customer whose previous Port-In request was rejected by Donor Operator.
  • Can I place request via website again if have cancelled my previous Port-In request?

    In our online request area please select the option of I'm an Old Customer who has cancelled previous Port-In request. Note that Port-In fee will not be returned as this will be treated as a new request./li>
  • Can I port in to Warid's network anytime?

    Yes you can port-in to Warid's network anytime right after completing 60 days with existing service provider.
