Overseas Sim Information System 668
  • Follow the link www.pta.gov.pk/668 in order to confirm the number of SIMs issued against your National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP/CNIC).
     
  • Download and print the indemnity form in case the count of Warid numbers exceeds the actual Warid numbers currently in your usage.
     
  • Fill the form with required details and forward scanned image of original documents mentioned below at overseas668@waridtel.com :
     
    1. Completely filled Indemnity Form
    2. Your NICOP/CNIC (Both sides) 
    3. Your Passport
       
  • Do not forget to sign the form and that the signatures should be similar to the ones in your NICOP/CNIC. Moreover, please countersign in case of any cutting / amendments on the form.
     
  • Numbers, other than the ones in your usage, will be removed from our end within 48 hours and SIM information against your NICOP/CNIC will be updated on www.pta.gov.pk/668 after 45 days of the application.
     
  • A confirmation response will be provided to you within one working day once the instructions are received at our end.
